The goal is to produce 200 pieces of art for this game, before I'd consider it in a good beta state. Before AI, I thought it would take about a day for each card art, on average. Today, I basically made a card art using mostly AI in just 2 hours.

I started off with a card concept.

Cost- 2 Time, Restore 30 progress on a task. Test Lewd (100, for this test, add your Max Time Remaining to your Lewd). If successful, gain 1 Lewd. The card I had in my mind was Katherine in a bikini, enjoying the Nevada sun.

Then I generated a bunch of different anime catgirls on top of roofs. I found my favorite one, fixed the anatomy problems, and added personal touches to make it seem less like AI, and more like my art style, but I left a lot of the body untouched. If there were more costume discrepencies (which there are bound to be in future cards), then yea, i'd correct them, but this was fairly straightforward.

Here's the final output.

Welp, that's way better looking than any card Slay the Spire has put out, albeit more evil.... I can't shake off this feeling that AI is just evil or immoral to use. Sure, there's still problems with it, like why is the chair so high in the air, or why is it tilted, or where exactly is the cat sitting, but I think it's acceptable.

It's definitely acceptable when in the long run, I've spent just two hours on this, and we're much closer to fully realizing Aching Dreams 4. It's either this, or I can go back to slowly making cards at just one a day. OR I can even learn more about AI... I've hit a few roadblocks on these damn tutorials because the technology is very fast moving... It's my big gamble.
